Municipal Road Rehabilitation
Full-depth road rehabilitation including milling, base repair, and asphalt overlay for a heavily trafficked collector road. Project included new curb and gutter, drainage upgrades, and lane marking reinstatement.
Residential Subdivision Earthworks
Large-scale site grading and earthworks for a 200-lot residential subdivision. Scope included clearing, bulk cut and fill, subgrade preparation, and stormwater detention pond construction.
Water Main Replacement
Replacement of 1.2 km of aging cast iron water main with new HDPE pipe. Work included service connection renewal, valve replacement, fire hydrant upgrades, and full road surface restoration.
Industrial Park Road Construction
New road construction for a 12-acre industrial park development. Scope included full subgrade preparation, granular base, heavy-duty asphalt paving, and underground utilities for the new access road network.
Sanitary Sewer Upgrade
Upsizing of sanitary sewer mains to accommodate new development density. Project included 800m of new mainline, manhole replacement, service lateral renewals, and full road surface reinstatement in an active residential neighbourhood.
Commercial Foundation Excavation
Deep foundation excavation for a 6-storey mixed-use development in an urban infill site. Required engineered shoring system adjacent to existing structures, dewatering, and phased excavation to tight tolerances.
